The Position As a Maskinmester at Novo Nordisk, your responsibilities will include ensuring the stable operation of facilities, establishing and adhering to maintenance plans, optimizing facilities, and implementing upgrades, conversions, and renovations. You will work closely with the factory's production team, permanent craftsmen, and other stakeholders to define, coordinate, and plan tasks. Additionally, you may participate in the company's 24/7 duty roster in your site of work and ensuring operation during off-hours. Your work will be both practical and administrative in nature. The positions we offer are within our expanding support and technical teams, and we are seeking skilled maskinmesters to execute on various ongoing activities. This will require extensive planning and coordination within departments and with external vendors. We are also looking for colleagues to support the organization with existing production facilities and related production and development processes.
