Dans le cadre de l'accroissement de la flotte de notre client, nous recherchons un.e Marine Superintendent expérimenté.e pour rejoindre ses équipes à terre. Véritable interface entre l'armateur et les navires, vous serez chargé.e de garantir d'assurer le lien permanent entre l'armateur et les navires, en veillant à ce que leur exploitation se fasse dans le respect des standards les plus élevés en matière de sécurité, de conformité réglementaire et de performance maritime. Vous représenterez l'armateur dans toutes les problématiques liées à l'exploitation nautique, à la sécurité des opérations, au bon usage du système de management (ISM), au suivi des officiers supérieurs et au respect des exigences des autorités, des affréteurs et des clients. Missions principales : En lien direct avec le General Manager et en coordination étroite avec les autres départements (technique, QHSE, RH maritimes), vous serez notamment chargé.e de : <ul> <li> Assurer la conformité réglementaire des navires avec les conventions internationales (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS, MLC, STCW, etc.) en supervisant les audits, inspections et renouvellements de certificats. Veiller à ce que chaque navire respecte les exigences des autorités maritimes, sociétés de classification et clients.</li> <li> Servir d'interface opérationnelle entre l'armateur et les capitaines, en fournissant un appui technique et nautique pour garantir la sécurité et la bonne exécution des opérations en mer, incluant le suivi des itinéraires, des conditions météorologiques et des publications nautiques.</li> <li> Prévenir et gérer les risques, analyser les incidents à bord, conduire ou superviser les enquêtes, et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives pour améliorer la sécurité et la fiabilité de la flotte. Participer activement à la gestion de crise et à la coordination des exercices d'urgence.</li> <li> Encadrer et accompagner les officiers supérieurs en organisant les sessions de briefing et débriefing, en assurant leur formation continue et leur familiarisation avec le Système de Management de la Sécurité (SMS).
