Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Naval (H/F) passionné(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et contribuer à la conception et à la gestion de projets innovants dans le domaine de l'ingénierie navale. Responsabilités Principales Sous la supervision du Directeur Technique, vous serez chargé(e) des missions suivantes : <ul> <li> Conception Navale : Élaborer des plans détaillés de navires, y compris les systèmes de propulsion, de direction et de stabilité.</li> <li> Gestion de Projets : Superviser les projets de construction navale du début à la fin, en assurant le respect des délais et des budgets.</li> <li> Analyse Technique : Réaliser des simulations et des tests pour vérifier la faisabilité et la performance des conceptions.</li> <li> Réglementation et Conformité : Veiller à ce que les conceptions et les constructions respectent les normes et les réglementations en vigueur.</li> <li> Collaboration Interservices : Travailler en synergie avec les équipes de production, de qualité et de R&amp;D pour assurer l'harmonisation des projets.</li> </ul>Profil Recherché Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possèdera les qualifications suivantes : <ul> <li> Formation : Diplôme d'ingénieur en génie maritime, architecture navale ou un domaine similaire.</li> <li> Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans le secteur de la construction navale.</li> <li> Connaissances Techniques : Expertise en conception assistée par ordinateur (CAO) et en logiciels de simulations navales.</li> <li> Analyse et Résolution de Problèmes : Capacité à analyser des situations complexes et à formuler des solutions innovantes.</li> <li> Logiciel : Hydrostar, Moses, Diodore, Orcaflex, Deeplines</li> <li>Expérience sur des postes similaires.</li> <li>Bosiet &amp; MFC obligatoires et certification OGUK requise.</li> </ul>Conditions du Poste Type de contrat : CDI, Temps plein / Ouvert aux indépendants. Within this department, you'll be part of the Natural Catastrophe and Reinsurance team, responsible for analyzing risks, modeling reinsurance structures, and developing in-house models and tools to support the Nat CAT risk management strategy. As a senior Flood Modeler at AXA, your role will involve: <ul><li>Leading the development and evolution of flood model assets </li><li>Working on flood post-event claims analytics and conducting various analyses for flood risks </li><li>Contributing to live CAT event response for flood risks and automation of the report </li><li>Engaging in research and innovation around flood modeling activities </li><li>Providing recurrent training and presentations on flood risk and models to AXA's entities and various stakeholders at the Group level </li><li>Understanding critical issues regarding flood modeling </li><li>Improving current flood modeling solutions, ensuring quality and sustainability </li><li>Introducing new ideas to improve the flood modeling framework </li><li>Raising awareness among stakeholders about flood risk and modeling </li></ul>The position also offers the possibility to contribute to transverse P&amp;C risk management and various modeling activities. Qualifications Seeking a talented professional in hydrology and hydraulics with the following requirements: <ul><li>Engineering or master's degree in mathematics, physics, or data science </li><li>A PhD in relevant scientific discipline (hydraulics, hydrology) would be considered a plus </li><li>3-5 years of relevant experience </li><li>Fluent in French and Business English (spoken and written) </li><li>Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented with a research-oriented mindset </li><li>Strong programming and data analysis skills (Python and R) </li><li>Solid knowledge of hydrology and hydraulics </li><li>Ability to write clean and robust code </li><li>Proficiency in writing technical documentation </li><li>Experience in risk management and/or natural catastrophe modeling is a plus </li><li>Ability to communicate complex modeling topics to various stakeholders</li></ul>About AXA Why AXA ?
