Als Lead Projectengineer Wind ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische inhoud van onze tenders én voor de engineering in de uitvoeringsfase. Je vertaalt ideeën en ontwerpen naar uitvoerbare plannen en weet daarbij risico's beheersbaar te maken. Je werkt intensief samen met tenderteams, projectmanagement, supply chain partners en subcontractors. Zodra een tender wordt gewonnen, blijf je betrokken bij de uitvoering en bewaak je de technische lijn van het project tot aan de oplevering. Je bent niet alleen inhoudelijk sterk, maar ook een coach. Je neemt junior engineers mee, tilt het team naar een hoger niveau en bouwt mee aan een solide engineeringsorganisatie binnen een snelgroeiende business unit. Jouw rol Je werkt aan internationale offshore wind en marine projecten binnen een commerciële projectomgeving waarin planning, kosten en kwaliteit continu in balans moeten worden gehouden. Dat vraagt om scherpte, flexibiliteit en het vermogen om techniek en belangen met elkaar te verbinden. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag werk je aan tenderstrategieën en technische methodes, de volgende dag bespreek je uitvoeringsdetails met collega's in de uitvoering en onze internationale partners of begeleid je engineers in hun ontwikkeling. Je: <ul><li>Ontwikkelt technische oplossingen en uitvoeringsmethodes voor offshore fundatie en Balance of Plant (BoP) installatie en decommissioning.</li><li>Leidt de engineering binnen tenders én in de uitvoeringsfase van projecten.</li><li>Stemt technisch af met leveranciers, subcontractors en partners in de supply chain.</li><li>Beheerst technische risico's en borgt kwaliteit en maakbaarheid.</li><li>Coacht en begeleidt (junior) projectengineers in hun vakinhoudelijke groei.</li><li>Brengt structuur in een dynamische omgeving waarin veel tegelijkertijd gebeurt.</li><li>Draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van processen en werkwijzen.</li></ul>Kortom: jij bent een meewerkend voorman met visie, iemand die het overzicht bewaart, structuur brengt en mensen meeneemt. Over jouw team Je komt te werken in een compact, ondernemend team binnen Ballast Nedam Wind &amp; Marine. Lead Project-engineer Offshore Wind & Marine T&I

Job Description Fugro is seeking an Offshore Surveyor to join our Marine Asset Integrity department based in Nootdorp, the Netherlands. The department specializes in offshore Positioning, Survey Construction (PCS) and Inspection projects globally. As an Offshore Surveyor, you are an integral part of the Offshore Survey Team, focused on mobilisation and operation of positioning and survey equipment, including acquisition and quality control of data onboard offshore vessels. The role of an Offshore Surveyor is varied and offers the opportunity to not only set up, test and operate a variety of innovative, market-leading survey and positioning systems, such as Fugro's Vision Technology and Low Logistics Autonomous Underwater Vehicle, but also to collect, arrange and present results from various survey sensors.
