Overview We have a number of exciting on-going projects with clients across both commercial &amp; naval marine domains and are seeking to expand our existing Marine Design / Naval Architecture capability. As a Design Engineer every day at Expleo will be out of the ordinary and will require you to be dynamic and responsive to changes in technology, innovation, and client requirements. You will have the opportunity to get involved in concept vessel design, complex engineering design, creation of new &amp; innovative tools &amp; processes, delivery of engineering consultancy services, and the development of decarbonisation solutions &amp; other emerging technologies across a wide range of global maritime programmes. Responsibilities <ul><li>Apply &amp; continue to develop a breadth of engineering skills, in the discipline of Naval Architecture and where applicable, other related disciplines.</li><li>Integrated 3D models and 2D drawings for various marine systems, performing detailed checks and implement necessary modifications to ensure design accuracy and alignment.</li><li>Manage the release process for models and drawings, maintaining version control within PLM systems. What your new role will entail; <ul><li>Be a Subject Matter Expert: you will provide technical marine ecological and marine consenting advice, internally and externally. You will direct inputs to a wide range of workstreams and deliverables across a broad range of projects including involvement in the full EIA or DCO development cycle of major projects. You will be delivering marine ecology impact assessments including ES chapters and associated assessments (HRA, MCZ and WFD) and information to support the full range of licence and permitting applications needed for marine based projects.</li><li>Ensure Quality: your role requires a critical eye for detail to ensure that our deliverables are produced to the highest quality standards and compliance with our rigorous quality management procedures.
