Requirements Key Experience Requirements: <ul><li>Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Coastal Engineering. A Master's degree is an advantage but not essential for this role.</li><li>Professional Development: You should be motivated and committed to obtaining professional qualifications as you progress in your career.</li><li>Technical Skills: Prior experience in marine and coastal engineering projects is not required, but a strong academic background in structural analysis, hydraulic modelling, and design principles will be beneficial. The incumbent will report to the Senior Marine Superintendent. The Marine Superintendent plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our marine vessels. They are responsible for overseeing maintenance, compliance with regulations, and optimizing vessel performance to support our company's maritime operations.
