For this exciting project, we're looking for a Senior Naval Architect who thrives on solving complex technical challenges. You will transform technical requirements into smart, practical designs and take full ownership of concept and basic design phases. Your expertise in stability, resistance and propulsion, weight management, and motion analysis will form the foundation for safe and efficient maritime solutions. Beyond the technical aspects, you'll provide strategic advice to international clients-including defense organizations-helping them make well-informed decisions. You'll also mentor junior Naval Architects and ensure knowledge sharing within the team, contributing to a culture of excellence.
