What we offer you <ul><li>The opportunity to work for an organization that has a strong sense of purpose, is values driven and helps colleagues to develop professionally and personally through our range of people development programmes.</li><li>A Fixed term role.</li></ul>The role: <ul><li>Proactively support the service delivery team contributing to the success of the Marine &amp; Offshore and LR as a whole</li><li>Understanding the principles of risk management and interpreting an offshore installation safety case.</li><li>Survey Safety and Environmental Critical Elements (SECEs) on fixed and floating offshore installations</li><li>Survey at equipment manufacturer's works for both verification and certification requirements</li><li>Conduct audits of the Duty Holder's assurance process to ensure that SECEs are being adequately maintained.</li><li>Control of 'management of change' processes for a variety of clients</li><li>Prepare/Review Performance Standards and Written Schemes of Verification.</li><li>Provide good control of assigned work, including communicating with clients, financial control, and timely and accurate reporting</li></ul>What you bring <ul><li>Degree-qualified surveyor, however, candidates with other qualifications and relevant industrial experience will be considered.</li><li>Sufficient knowledge to obtain authorizations to enable survey of structure, electrical and mechanical SECEs. Familiarity with Vietnam TCVN /QCVN</li><li>Experience of verification and engineering experience with a working knowledge of international codes and standards applicable to the energy business stream.</li><li>Experience in IVB/CVA Scheme for Construction/Pre-commissioning and commissioning of a platform.</li><li>A proven track record of relevant transferable skills and experience.</li><li>Strategic thinking recognizes how own work contributes to the team's objectives.</li><li>Change management skills; understands the need for change and can adapt own independent specialist role/team working processes to accommodate such change</li><li>Inspirational, motivational Skills, demonstrate self-motivation to achieve own performance objectives.</li><li>Technically strong, with good communication skills and a willingness to find solutions, the role requires confidence in making decisions, sometimes under pressure, and an understanding of the commercial aspects of the work.</li><li>Displays a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with colleagues in person.</li><li>Be a self-starter.
