This above is to meet the project schedule and allocate design budget RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Responsible for the drawings, Naval Architecture &amp; structural calculations, design and reports for deliverable of relevant structure deliverables for the assigned ferry/ship design project.</li> <li>Provide technical support to the Structural Design Team, fabrication and supply chain.</li> <li>Supervise structural designer and draftsperson as required.</li> </ul>Requirements Essential: <ul> <li>Bachelor' s Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering</li> <li>Has 3+ years relevant work experience in shipdesign/shipbuilding </li> <li>Strong technical skills and the ability to problem solve.</li> <li>Experienced with AutoCAD, and preferably STRAND (or other Finite Element Analysis package), Maxsurf.</li> <li>Has supervisory experience with teams</li> </ul>Desirable: <ul> <li>Licensed Philippine Naval Architect and Marine Engineer</li> <li>Aluminium shipbuilding experience</li> <li>Familiarity with 3D SHIP CAD software (SHIPCON)</li> <li>Other 3D model software</li> </ul>Benefits We value innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.
