We specialise in all aspects of coastal engineering, within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy and Cities &amp; Development. We continue to provide industry-leading coastal modelling and engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases. Your Purpose: <ul><li>Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels. </li><li>Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals. </li><li>Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes. </li><li>Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions. </li><li>Setting quality assurance standards in design. </li><li>Grow, develop and manage coastal engineering capability within the practice.</li></ul>What you can bring: <ul><li>Chartered Civil Engineer. </li><li>Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design. </li><li>Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of coastal engineering analysis and design in the UK and overseas. </li><li>The ability to work with our clients around the world to develop solutions that meet their requirements. </li><li>Promoting technical excellence, best practice, sustainability, net zero and digital innovation. </li><li>Mentoring and developing junior staff. </li></ul>What we offer?
