Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Managing large multi-disciplinary marine construction projects within the scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensuring quality standards on project deliverables;</li><li>Overseeing and managing the entire site supervision team; </li><li>Managing the overall delivery of projects including, project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contractor management;</li><li>Overseeing waterfront structure and marine infrastructure construction projects;</li><li>Overseeing project construction in a variety of areas such as harbors, marinas, vessel mooring and berthing structures, bulkheads and seawalls, breakwaters and shore protection structures, beaches, shoreline stabilization and sediment management; and</li><li>Effectively stewarding and building client relationships to repeat business.</li></ul>Education and Licensure <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in civil, coastal, structural or geotechnical engineering. (required)</li><li>Advanced degree in civil, coastal, structural or geotechnical engineering. (preferred)</li><li>Professional Engineer license. (required)</li></ul>Skills, Experience and Qualifications <ul><li>At least 8 years of related experience overseeing coastal, marine, geotechnical, and structural engineering projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)</li><li>Experience in managing permitting, planning, compliance and oversight of coastal projects. (required) </li><li>Experience managing the overall delivery of projects including, project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, contractor management, and contract/subcontract management.
