RWE Offshore Wind GmbH To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Our Marine &amp; Logistics department within RWE is looking for a Senior Marine Project Manager to manage fleet-wide jack up vessels campaigns and other marine operations across the Offshore Wind fleet. About the role <ul> <li>Lead major marine campaigns for major component exchanges using Jack Up Vessels or scheduled maintenance campaigns using SOVs.</li> <li>Manage the technical part of the vessel procurement process by performing project management and driving the tender processes and contractual negotiations </li> <li>Act as contract manager for vessel contracts and perform active supplier management</li> <li>Coordinate internal and external parties, departments, functions and tasks, such as scheduling, engineering, insurance, certification, marine coordination, HSSE, sites, local authorities, vessel suppliers etc.</li> <li>Optimize campaign performance and marine operations across the fleet</li> <li>Lead onboard project managers and marine engineers and steer campaign execution</li> <li>Develop strategies for major component logistics and improve logistical performance</li> <li>Approve risk assessments, method statements, lift plans and operating instructions</li></ul>Job requirements and experience <ul> <li>Relevant marine background as Master Mariner, MWS or DPA, experience on a jack up vessel in a management function required</li> <li>Offshore wind experience required</li> <li>Deep understanding and proven operational experience of all kinds of vessel operations such as jacking, DP, lifting, etc.</li> <li>At least five years' experience in marine project management</li> <li>Excellent skills of written and spoken English language</li> <li>Willingness to travel (UK/CE) and willingness to work offshore for short periods</li></ul>From here, you benefit from many further advantages - Curious?
