d2m Services recherche un Senior Marine Engineer pour intégrer le pôle Projet &amp; Innovation de son client afin de contribuer à la construction et à la transformation de navires de haute technicité. Votre mission Vous apportez un support technique au Directeur Projets &amp; Innovation et aux responsables de constructions neuves et de conversions des navires. En lien étroit avec les chefs de projet, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de développement technique : <ul><li> Revue des spécifications techniques </li><li> Analyse et approbation des plans de chantiers </li><li> Revue des équipements et suivi de leur conformité </li><li> Recette des équipements en usine et supervision des essais en mer </li><li> Revue et validation des procédures de commissioning et d'essais à quai et en mer</li><li> Validation des PV et rapports d'essais </li><li> Rédaction de rapports d'inspection </li><li> Résolution de problématiques techniques ou de litiges avec des tiers. </li></ul>Vous participez aux évaluations techniques en amont des projets auprès des Business Units et clients industriels et contribuez activement aux démarches d'innovation. Vous assurez une veille technologique, concurrentielle et réglementaire, et réalisez des études spécifiques pour renforcer l'expertise de l'équipe. Vous capitalisez et diffusez les retours d'expérience issus de la flotte. Dans le cadre de certains projets, vous pourrez intégrer une équipe de supervision sur site chantier, en France ou à l'international, pour des durées allant de quelques semaines à plusieurs mois pour superviser des travaux et des essais Requirements Profil recherché <ul><li> Architecte naval, ingénieur maritime ou parcours officier ayant évolué dans les travaux offshore (ENSTA, Centrale, Arts &amp; Métiers, ENSM ou équivalent) </li><li> 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine maritime ou offshore</li><li> Une expérience liée aux opérations gaz (LNG, LPG, NH3, H2) serait un atout majeur </li><li> Maîtrise du pack MS Office </li><li> Qualités indispensables : rigueur, organisation, autonomie, travail en équipe, proactivité </li><li> Français &amp; Anglais courants (lu, écrit, parlé)</li></ul>Benefits Poste à pourvoir en CDI au plus tôt Localisation: région parisienne

Royal Caribbean International will commission before end of 2025 a 1MW SOFC fuel cell plant as a pilot installation on board Utopia of the Seas vessel. This installation will be the first fuel cell plant operated on board our cruise ships fleet. We propose as an internship and from Saint-Nazaire site office, to follow up remotely on daily operation of the fuel cell plant, to support the coordination between the site office, the team on board, Chantiers de l'Atlantique and the supplier the tests program and service agreement, to elaborate performance indicators and to propose any correction in the tests program based on the learnings and any further plan for this pilot installation. You will be working within a team of 30 people, all experts and passionated about what they do. This will be a great learning experience!
