WSP in Australia is seeking a passionate and driven Maritime Engineer to join our dynamic Rail, Maritime and Freight team in Perth. As part of our Transport &amp; Infrastructure business, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative maritime and intermodal projects across Australia. About the Role: You'll collaborate with industry-leading experts in a multi-disciplinary environment, applying your technical knowledge and learning from subject matter specialists to achieve successful project outcomes. What You'll Do: <ul><li>Support the delivery of maritime projects, ensuring quality and safety at every stage.</li><li>Provide technical input and assist in project planning, scope, schedule, and cost reviews.</li><li>Prepare proposals and contribute to bids, working closely with senior leaders and project managers.</li><li>Build positive client relationships through responsive and professional interactions.</li><li>Participate in WSP's Maritime Practice Area Network and relevant industry forums.</li><li>Mentor junior staff and seek opportunities for your own professional growth.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.</li></ul>About You: <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.</li><li>3-7 years' experience in maritime or related infrastructure projects.</li><li>Exposure to project delivery in a consulting environment.</li><li>Understanding of maritime design principles and relevant standards.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills in multi-disciplinary settings.</li><li>Interest in developing client relationships and industry networks.</li><li>Familiarity with project management fundamentals and risk awareness.</li></ul>Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
