Seamar Management S.A., part of a Nasdaq-listed group, managing an expanding fleet of dry-bulk carriers, seeks an experienced HSQE &amp; Marine Superintendent. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Perform internal ISM/ISPS and ISO9001/14001 audits and report findings according to the Company's Safety Management System.</li> <li>Perform training on board vessels, related to audit findings, HSQE campaigns, results of PSC / Flag inspections, etc.</li> <li>Carry out Navigational/ VDR audits and Risk assessment reviews.</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of Navigational procedures and Requirements with the ability to conduct VDR Remote Audits.</li> <li>Responsible for the deck maintenance of the fleet assigned.</li> <li>Ensuring compliance and efficient implementation of the Company's Integrated Management System and International Regulations onboard vessels.</li> </ul>Requirements Qualifications: <ul> <li>The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3 years of seagoing service up to Captain Class A or B and preferably at least 2 years of office experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Strong analytical and training skills with the ability to conduct risk assessments, training onboard the vessels, and development of Campaigns.</li> <li>Strong leadership, communication skills and teamwork spirit are imperative.</li> </ul>
