Offshore Engineer/Projektmanager (w/m/d)

Role Summary The OIM is in overall charge of and is accountable and responsible for the safety of all persons onboard, equipment and rig and all activities conducted. The OIM has total jurisdiction and authority over rig management including but not limited to safety, operations, personnel, training, regulatory compliance, budget management and environmental compliance. The OIM is to provide onboard leadership and direction for meeting the customers drilling program requirements in accordance with Borr Drilling programs, policies and procedures. Responsibilities <ul><li>Reports directly and provides support to the Rig Manager with regard the day-to-day management and long-range stewardship of the rig</li><li>Directly responsible and accountable for the safe and efficient operation and management of the rig and to ensure all drilling operations are conducted in accordance with Client's well program and Company policies and procedures</li><li>Demonstrate a personal commitment to Borr Drilling's QHSE Management System; Job Purpose Reporting to an Operations Manager, the primary responsibility of the role is to deliver O&amp;M services to offshore renewable energy assets. The Technician role is to ensure that these services are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with contractual requirements, standards and specifications. Organisational Context You will be part of a team and responsible for the delivery of the onshore and/or offshore site day to day activities required to be delivered under the O&amp;M contract/s or as additional services. This role is likely to requires regular communication with internal technicians and external contractors. You will work closely with the Offshore and UK&amp;I O&amp;M teams as well as other RES departments including HSE, Technical and Engineering.
