Role Summary The OIM is in overall charge of and is accountable and responsible for the safety of all persons onboard, equipment and rig and all activities conducted. The OIM has total jurisdiction and authority over rig management including but not limited to safety, operations, personnel, training, regulatory compliance, budget management and environmental compliance. The OIM is to provide onboard leadership and direction for meeting the customers drilling program requirements in accordance with Borr Drilling programs, policies and procedures. Responsibilities <ul><li>Reports directly and provides support to the Rig Manager with regard the day-to-day management and long-range stewardship of the rig</li><li>Directly responsible and accountable for the safe and efficient operation and management of the rig and to ensure all drilling operations are conducted in accordance with Client's well program and Company policies and procedures</li><li>Demonstrate a personal commitment to Borr Drilling's QHSE Management System;
