JOB TITLE: OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER The post is based in the Southern North sea on a 2/2/2/4 rotation - Fixed term 12 months. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>To demonstrate at all times the highest regard for health, safety and welfare of personnel, facilities and the environment.</li><li>To manage and lead an offshore team to ensure client needs are met.</li><li>Ensure legislative and PFML policy compliance at all times.</li><li>Lead the maximisation of production with the safe utilisation of personnel, process plant and equipment.</li><li>Prioritising daily production and maintenance activities, ensuring all activities are coordinated to achieve safe and efficient platform operations within the Safety Case and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Managing and controlling emergency response actions in the event of accidents or incidents.</li><li>Organising safety musters, drills and exercises.</li><li>Manage intervention activities and campaign maintenance programmes for the Normally Unattended Installations (NUIs).</li><li>Compilation of operational and technical reports.</li><li>Daily liaison with the Operations Manager and Operations Engineers.</li><li>Providing first line reviews and platform change proposals.</li><li>Ensure implementation of the Company Safety Management System.</li><li>Liaise with visiting regulatory officials.</li><li>Prioritising and progressing action items raised under ICP surveys in conjunction with the Operations Engineer and onshore support group as necessary.</li><li>Lead the implementation of technical and management initiatives.</li><li>Provide technical support to capital projects.</li><li>Act as combined operations OIM / Production supervisor in support of drilling projects.</li><li>Ensure and assess all direct reports are competent in line with Competent Person Profile (CPP).</li><li>Ensure Active Monitoring is carried out.</li><li>Carry out planning, procurement, and maximo work orders when in the office, in preparation for Maintenance activities.</li><li>Collecting data and information required for condition monitoring and preventative maintenance.</li><li>Form part of the SNS Emergency Response Team as required by Company Emergency Response Procedures.</li><li>The listing of main responsibilities and main duties is not necessarily exhaustive and may be changed at management discretion to reflect the needs of the company.</li></ul>ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: <ul><li>Outstanding leadership abilities in an offshore hydrocarbon-processing environment.</li><li>Previous SNS OIM experience essential</li><li>Extensive experience in a range of technical, supervisory and management roles.</li><li>Experience of managing satellite intervention and campaign maintenance work.</li><li>Experience of working to Safety Case and other legislative requirements.</li><li>Experience of Well Intervention activities.</li><li>Competent dealing with NUI Emergencies.</li><li>Completed OIM Legislation Training.</li><li>Offshore Survival and Medical Certificates essential.</li><li>Completion of Mandatory Training</li><li>Attainment of Competent Person Profile.</li></ul>
