Um die Energieherausforderungen von morgen zu lösen, suchen wir eine/ einen Leading / Senior Geotechnik Ingenieur für unser Offshore Wind Energy Team. Ihre wichtigsten Aktivitäten werden sein: <ul> <li>Bereitstellung von technischem Know-how und Führung für das Projektteam als Disziplinleiter für Projekte weltweit.</li> <li>Für schwimmende und "bottom-fixed" Strukturen sowie für die geotechnische Standortbewertung, die in die Fundamentplanung einfließt.</li> <li>Mitwirkung an der Seite von Experten bei der internen Kompetenzentwicklung.</li> <li>Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines innovativen geotechnischen disziplinären Umfelds.</li> <li>Sicherstellung der Anwendung des Stands der Technik.</li> <li>Koordination mit der Zertifizierungsstelle bei der Zertifizierung und/ oder der Genehmigung der Fundamente.</li> <li>Kontinuierliche Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.</li> <li>Internen Schulungen, die darauf abzielen, Ihre Fähigkeiten und die von jüngeren Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der Offshore Windindustrie zu verbessern und Ihre Erfahrungen zu teilen.</li> </ul>Ihre Fähigkeiten. Darüber hinaus haben Sie: <ul> <li>Ein M.Sc. in Geotechnik o.ä. Darüber hinaus ist eine Promotion oder Postdoc-Erfahrung von Vorteil.</li> <li>Erfahrung in der geotechnischen Planung und Installation von Offshore-Strukturen.</li> <li>Erfahrung mit Bodenlabor- und Felduntersuchungen, Interpretation geotechnischer Daten und Grundkenntnisse in Data Science und</li> <li>Regression von geotechnischen Daten.</li> <li>Kenntnisse in Computational Geomechanics, FE-Analyse und konstitutiver Modellierung.</li> <li>Kompetenzen in Programmiersprachen wie z.B.
