Senior Mechanical Engineer: Offshore Wind - Balance of Plant Our client is currently seeking talented Engineer to join their team and support them with a new Offshore Wind project. A fast growing, innovative and exciting renewable company to work for, &amp; excellent technical and personal development Role: This is a Senior / Lead / Principal role for Mechanical Engineer with experience in Offshore Wind Balance of Plant/ Equipment / Utilities - any of Cranes, pumps, generators, water systems, Lifting, HVAC, T&amp;I, Topside design. Essential to have senior mechanical engineering experience on BoP / equipment for offshore structures - ideally Offshore Substations. Would suit Senior / Principal / Lead with Background in the design of offshore equipment for either oil &amp; gas, offshore wind. Offshore engineering, construction, installation, commissioning and testing, operation, maintenance. <ul> <li>EPCI: any of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Operation and Maintenance for BoP for Offshore Platforms</li> <li>BoP/ Offshore Equipment / Utilities for Offshore Wind or O&amp;G substations/ platforms </li> <li>any of: EPCI, Design, O&amp;M, RAMS, Fabrication, Manufacturing, T&amp;I or Commissioning</li></ul><ul> <li>Writing / reviewing / improving Technical and Engineering Requirements </li> <li>Review of bidders' technical offers </li> <li>Technical / Design development clarifications</li></ul>Experience <ul> <li>BoP/ Offshore Equipment / Utilities for Offshore Wind or O&amp;G substations/ platforms</li> <li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical, Civil, Structural or similar. </li> <li>EPCI: any of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance for Offshore Platforms</li></ul>Advantage <ul> <li>Experience working with developer / EPCI contractor on Offshore structures </li> <li>HVDC Offshore platforms</li></ul>Location: UK or EU. Hybrid working (office &amp; wfh). Essential to have BoP / Equipment / O&amp;M experience for Offshore Structures &amp; Engineering degree.
