Sounds great - what's the role in a nutshell? The task of the Cruise Director is to communicate and delegate functions in order to ensure the service on board. Leadership is essential in order to exert a healthy influence on the personnel in charge. As a result, the ratings for the given service obtain high scores, evidenced in the comment card. S/he will also promote environmental initiatives and contribute to maintaining focus and direction in line with the efforts of the Aqua Expeditions team towards environmental conservation and social responsibility.
