About the Role As a Cruise Director, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a safe and informative sailing to K'gari, one of Australia's most iconic destinations. You will also ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers, vehicles and cargo. Other duties for the role are providing onboard café and refreshment service. Coordinating the validating and counting boarding passes, assisting in fuelling and general cleaning of the vessel. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with a broad range of people and provide customer service excellence to guests during their transit experience. We encourage candidates with previous Cruise Director / Deckhand experience gained on a commercial vehicular and passenger vessel to apply. You must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work unsupervised and make decisions within set guidelines. About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the team as Cruise Director! This role is responsible for supervising the on-board hospitality operations overseeing the Food &amp; Beverage service and overall guest experience on the product.
