Role Overview At Eni, we are looking for a Principal Engineer, Marine Systems within the EniProgetti UK Branch in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for supporting Eni's activities worldwide on different projects and will provide technical leadership within the naval and marine operation discipline. Being the discipline leader for design, follow-on and monitoring of new and ongoing projects with floating LNG and FPSO facilities. Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Studying and defining the best technical solutions for Marine Systems in line with Project objectives. Preparation of technical specifications and functional requirements for the Marine Systems in FPSO and FLNG, during the front-end Engineering and Design (FEED) and execution on FPSO/FLNG projects. Working on or monitoring follow-on and review of FEED and EPC FLNG/FPSO projects and projects Marine System equipment/P&amp;IDs/PFDs. Providing assistance as Marine System focal point to Company during Technical Clarification meetings and projects HAZID/HAZOP. Reviewing project documentations provided by Contractors/Shipyards. Liaising with Project's management and coordinating with other disciplines in order to provide the required technical contribution in compliance with agreed Project time, assigned resources and costs. Ensure a high standard of safety is maintained and Environmental and Quality Assurance processes are followed Knowledge and Experience Experience of working on and monitoring of FEED and EPC LNG/FLNG/FPSO projects. Seagoing experience as second/chief engineer. Experience in working with Oil Tankers/ LNG Carriers. Knowledge of Classification Society Rules, SOLAS, MARPOL as applicable to FPSO and FLNG. Experience as a Classification Society surveyor or Tanker/LNG Ship Vetting engineer would be a major advantage for this position. Experience in active participation on project's HAZID/HAZOP is required. OPITO certified for offshore travel would be preferable to cover this position. Specific skill sets in the design of ships' marine systems, i.e. slop and drain systems, bilge and ballast systems, Inert Gas, production distribution and venting, diesel and gas power generation and their auxiliary systems, freshwater production, compressed air, etc...oil and gas loading, storage, gas liquefaction and offtake systems, LNG tanks design and maintenance. Skills and experience on preparation and review of projects P&amp;IDs/PFDs relevant to marine systems. Willingness to learn from other specialists. Ability to multi-task. Join our dynamic and multidisciplinary Water Team as an Associate Flood Risk Consultant in the Regulations and Development sector. As an Associate Consultant, you will technically lead and manage the production of flood risk consenting related documents for our major clients. You will join one of our rapidly growing UKoffices, whilst also taking advantage of our flexible hybrid working model. We are a close-knit team of consultants, engineers, technicians, hydrologists, hydraulic modellers and project managers. We work hard to give our team development opportunities, whether that is a secondment to see the client's perspective, an assignment to spend time on site to manage a construction contract, or arranging training to allow you to grow. Here's what you'll do: <ul><li>Deliver: Lead &amp; verify the production of documents such as flood risk assessments, strategic flood risk assessments, flood risk activity permits, Section 19 reports, and water resource chapters of EIAs.</li><li>Expertise: Lead input into tenders for complex and high-profile projects like nationally significant infrastructure projects.</li><li>Collaborate: Build strong relationships with clients and across technical discipline teams to ensure we successfully deliver a wide range of fluvial, coastal, surface water or drainage flood risk management projects.</li><li>Quality: Keep up-to-date with developments in legislation and guidelines that may affect our services; and use AECOM's project management systems to deliver high-quality outputs to our clients in line with the agreed programme and budget.</li><li>Lead: Mentor staff within the team to support their professional development.</li></ul>Become part of our dynamic Water business, which boasts around 700 experts across the UK &amp; Ireland. Here's what we're looking for: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a related discipline.</li><li>Professional chartered member of CIWEM or ICE.</li><li>Significant experience in technically leading teams in the production of flood risk assessments and/or flood risk activity permits.</li><li>Strong track record of project management, following the principles of the NEC suite of contracts.</li><li>Experience and understanding of hydraulic modelling as an evidence base to flood risk assessments / activity permits. </li><li>FCERM appraisal, water cycle study and water framework directive assessment experience would be beneficial, but not essential.</li></ul>Additional Information We celebrate diversity, including neurodiversity, and believe it enriches our team.
