About the Role The Traffic &amp; Flood Risk Management Service area seeks to deliver an excellent customer focused service in an efficient, effective, and economic manner, with specific focus of the Council's role as the Highway Authority whilst adhering to Corporate, Departmental and Government priorities. The Senior Officer's primary purpose is to support the Flood Risk Management Team to effectively manage, develop and deliver the flooding duties of the City Council. The role is required to manage the investigation of flooding matters, to evaluate options that address and resolve issues and develop assets vital to the continued commercial footing of the Service Area.
