About the Program The Graduate Programme is a 3-year structured development path designed to develop the next generation of Marine Surveyors/ Plan Approval Engineers based in Singapore. These training programme will provide theoretical training and hands-on experience to ship classification and statutory surveys, testing of materials and components, plan approval process across various operational contexts, as well as exposure to commercial activities.
