Role Summary The OIM is in overall charge of and is accountable and responsible for the safety of all persons onboard, equipment and rig and all activities conducted. The OIM has total jurisdiction and authority over rig management including but not limited to safety, operations, personnel, training, regulatory compliance, budget management and environmental compliance. The OIM is to provide onboard leadership and direction for meeting the customers drilling program requirements in accordance with Borr Drilling programs, policies and procedures.
