The Graduate Trainee will work under the supervision of experienced engineers and discipline SMEs to acquire the knowledge and skills related to Structural Integrity and will work on various projects, contributing to the team & organization success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undergo various training programs to enhance your technical skills and industry knowledge
- Assist in the design and development of engineering solutions to solve problems.
- Contribute to ongoing projects, gaining exposure to the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to execution.
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, drawings, and other documentation
- Participation in various forums related to the project involved
- Adherence to the compliance and safety requirements
- Provide support in structural domain for Oil & Gas both upstream/downstream assets
- Provide solutions in the area of structural Offshore/Onshore Asset Integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade
- Strong foundation in core civil engineering subjects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Familiarity with engineering software is a plus
