Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and qualified Marine Engineer with a strong background in marine operations, either through a relevant bachelor's degree or hands-on experience. As part of the Construction Team, a cross-project department, the ideal candidate will be responsible for marine operations-related SoW, including supporting the management of offshore contract performance and composing the procedures and templates. This may involve tasks such as overseeing CTV operations, weather forecasting, and Metocean data analysis, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1.On-Duty MC Shift
1. Proven experience in vessel operations, construction management, or related marine disciplines.
2. Strong understanding of vessel performance metrics, offshore operations, and construction activities.
3. Ability to independently manage on-duty shifts and work with minimal supervision.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Ability to sail offshore and work in challenging environments when required.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to vessel operations and construction.
8. Demonstrate strong proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
Desirable Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in the marine industry.
2. Previous experience in offshore construction projects or vessel management.
3. Familiarity with maritime safety standards and regulations.

- Enhance Marine Coordination practices by creating templates.
- Vessel Performance Calculation and Analysis, under the management of the Construction Team.
- Responsible for Offshore wind related document.
- Obtain relevant permits, including Marine MPB, NCC, and MoDA.
- Manage offshore related stakeholders.
- Manage designated marine operation-related contracts.
- Be prepared to sail offshore as required to oversee vessel operations, conduct inspections, and provide on-site support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This may involve business trips and offshore assignments as necessary.
- Supervise vessel operations and ensure they comply with industry standards and safety regulations while offshore.
- Conduct vessel on-hire Inspections.
