We are seeking a skilled Marine Engineer to support the ongoing operations and integrity assurance of an FPSO. This role is critical in responding to audit findings and ensuring continued compliance across all marine systems. Reporting to the Inspection & Integrity Lead, you will provide hands-on support to close out marine-related actions, maintain system performance, and uphold safety standards.

We are seeking a skilled Marine Engineer to support the ongoing operations and integrity assurance of an FPSO. This role is critical in responding to audit findings and ensuring continued compliance across all marine systems. Reporting to the Inspection & Integrity Lead, you will provide hands-on support to close out marine-related actions, maintain system performance, and uphold safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support across all marine systems (cargo, ballast, power, FiFi, LSA, cranes)
- Support Management of Change (MoC) processes and document updates
- Participate in incident investigations and lead follow-up actions
- Implement and maintain the Marine Surveillance Program
- Interface with Class, Flag, and internal technical authorities to ensure compliance
- Contribute to audits, HAZIDs, and readiness reviews
- Monitor system KPIs and support PM (preventive maintenance) optimisation
- Provide input to future operations and project teams
- Marine Engineering degree or STCW Class II/1, III/2, or equivalent
- 8+ years offshore/FPSO or tanker experience
- Strong knowledge of Class/Flag standards, marine systems, and maintenance tools
- Fluent in English with excellent leadership and coordination skills
