Role Purpose
We offer you the chance to manage large projects and take responsibility for complex MWS scopes where we are charged with lowering transport and installation risk.
That will include performing document review, engineering analysis and related consultancy for marine warranty survey projects. Everyday tasks will be connected with marine & offshore projects from vessel seaworthiness and suitability verification, loading and unloading operations, transportation and installation till decommissioning. If you have any offshore installation experience, or even better renewables experience, this position is ideal for you.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver engineering, MWS and other consultancy projects independently to meet quality and budget expectations, either by managing work packages, projects or contributing to.
- Review of naval architecture analysis, transport and installation procedures, method statements and other documentation in line with good industry practice and recognized codes and standards.
- Prepare reports and document reviews. Manage office-based scopes on multiple active projects.
- Provide advice and support to colleagues and attend client sites to participate in meetings as per project demands.
- Participate in site work and offshore approval of marine operations and vessel surveys.
- Bachelors or master's degree in naval architecture or engineering subject.
- Experience of transport and installation operations in the offshore renewables industry will be an advantage (as either consultant, contractor or MWS)
- Experience in design, construction or verification of marine structures and marine operations, or other relevant consultancy activity are advantageous.
- Knowledge of standards in use within the offshore engineering sector.
- Working ability in a range of engineering analysis tools, Orcalfex is strongly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Polish is necessary.
- Driving license is necessary for travel to and from site locations
