Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Energy Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take a lead role in the planning, coordination, and execution of complex offshore energy projects. You will work closely with our Energy B.U and be involved from the initial contract award through to project completion, ensuring that all aspects of the installation are executed to the highest standards.
As the Offshore Energy Project Manager, you will oversee the marine team dedicated to the project, manage subcontractors, and ensure the seamless delivery of systems while adhering to contract specifications, budget constraints, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Preparation Phase:
- Lead the initial handover process and kick-off meetings, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Supervise the planning and execution of marine operations, installations, and logistics.
- Provide technical and commercial input for the selection of marine subcontractors.
- Ensure all contractual conditions related to subcontracting, marine documentation, and importation of vessels and cable are met.
- Obtain and manage the required permits, vetting, and compliance certifications for project implementation.
- Ensure the project team, equipment, and vessels are properly prepared in line with project constraints and timelines.
- Provide accurate cost forecasts, track variations, and assess potential changes in the scope of work.
- Conduct briefings with project teams before the start of offshore campaigns, ensuring all roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
- Appoint maritime agencies and manage port calls for project vessels.
- Monitor the quality and compliance of offshore installations, ensuring they meet contractual and safety requirements.
- Manage any changes to the project scope and communicate impacts to clients, collaborating closely with the Energy Division team.
- Track and manage incidents via reports from onboard teams, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Superintendent (OOS) onboard the installation vessel.
Educational Background: Master's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent (BAC +5).
Experience:
- Proven experience in offshore energy project management, ideally in EPCI or EPC contracts.
- Hands-on experience in marine installation phases (FOC, DCFO, PRM, etc.).
- Experience managing and coordinating offshore teams and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of installation engineering, design, survey, and routing processes.
- Proficient in project planning tools and budget management.
- Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies (HAZID/HAZOP).
- Solid understanding of offshore energy systems and operational best practices.
