Micah Solutions FZE is in search of a Business Development Manager specializing in Marine Services, including Ship Repair, Maintenance, and Ship Building, to join our reputable client's team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by identifying opportunities within the marine sector and establishing strong partnerships with clients in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand service offerings in ship repair, maintenance, and shipbuilding.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Establish long-term partnerships with ship owners, operators, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations with clients to secure contracts and enhance service agreements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals align with customer specifications and operational capabilities.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine strategies and service offerings.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and foster relationships.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the marine industry, specifically in ship repair, maintenance, or shipbuilding.
• Strong knowledge of marine operations, shipbuilding processes, and repair services.
