Voyage Contract
The services will be performed within TotalEnergies Global Procurement in the Subsea and Offshore Construction procurement category with particular association to Offshore Wind Transport & Installation projects seeking to secure and optimise the long term availability of installation means for TotalEnergies' various offshore wind projects (renewable energy).

This procurement category provides support to subsidiaries, entities and product lines across the globe, contributing to TotalEnergies' ambitions of becoming a sustainable multi-energy leader.

A solid procurement & supply chain management background, and general knowledge of offshore transport and installation activities in both offshore wind development and offshore oil & gas domains, are requisite skills to execute this scope.

Requirements

1 - Conduct and support market research, analysis and evaluations regarding offshore wind installation vessels, companies and contracts, utilising appropriate models and market indexes. Support the procurement strategy for OFW installation means.
    • Consolidate market intelligence for this procurement segment
    • Consolidate supplier intelligence for marine installation vessel suppliers associated with OFW developments
    • Run multidisciplinary workshops (structural engineers, legal experts, project engineers)
    • Perform market pricing and benchmark analyses utilising appropriate models and market indexes
Deliverables = Memos/Presentation

2 - Organize consultations with market actors and supply chain in the marine and offshore wind (OFW) space, supporting the definition of optimal contractual strategies and negotiating contracts in relation to offshore vessels/fleet and related services utilised for equipment installation in OFW projects.
    • Organise supply chain consultations including preparing meetings with supply chain and administration of Request for Information exercises, in consultation with technical duets and internal stakeholders.
    • Prepare tender deliverables,
    • Administrate and run Call For Tenders and analyze results
    • Qualify suppliers,
    • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions / variations in agreements,
    • Analyse, summarise, and Present or support the presentation of outcomes to management.
Deliverables = Memos/Presentation + Negotiated contracts (Agreement & Exhibit) for offshore wind vessels services and operations

Main activities shall be managed like a project to execute (timelines, costs, quality, sustainability / HSE) in an international context.
  • Ensure TotalEnergies compliance and ethics processes respected in delivering the scope
  • Ensure apporpriate consultation of technical duets and internal stakeholders in delivering scope
  • Ensure proper document management and templates respected in scope delivery
Skills
  • English speaking is mandatory. French and Chinese is a plus
  • Familiarity with offshore operations such as pipelaying, platform installation, dredging activities, cable laying etc
  • Experience in commercial & contractual negotiations and models in offshore marine industry
  • Solid knowledge of offshore transportation and installation industry and activities
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Familiarity with o Offshore wind installation methodologies including foundation, turbine, cable and sub-station installation
  • Experience in complex construction contracts negotiation
  • Experience in bid preparation, evaluation and tender process through to contract award
  • Ability to use digital tools in procurement (e.g. SAP, e-sourcing etc) in the contracting process

Possible travel United Kingdom , Belgium , Netherlands , Germany

Travel expected once a month or less to each country (Belgium, UK, Netherlands, Germany).
