Responsibilities
- Operate the marine and safety systems of the Fast LNG offshore facility in a safe efficient manner.
- Operate and maintain the marine and safety systems onboard the facility to company and regulatory requirements.
- Support the LNG transloading activities with the Floating Storage Unit.
- Support personnel transfer activities to and from the facility.
- Support equipment and bulk liquid transfers between support vessels and FLNG facility structures.
- 2 years of related experience in offshore facility or MODU operations.
- Knowledgeable of offshore platform or Jackup MODU marine operations.
- Knowledgeable of the operation and maintenance of marine systems and emergency response equipment.
- Hold a valid or able to attain a TWIC, only applicable for NFE's facility in US waters.
- Hold a marine credential with an endorsement for STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat certificate or equivalent.
- Works in a safe and efficient manner, with a positive can-do attitude.
- English - Spanish bilingual speaker preferred.
- Looks out for and speaks up for the safety of fellow team members and the operation.
- Previous experience as a MODU Assistant Crane Operator, Motorman, Roustabout, or Able Seaman of Jackups, fixed platforms, or floating offshore drilling or production installations preferred.
- Medically and physically fit for employment and emergency response onboard an offshore facility per applicable NFE, Flag State and regional requirements.
