To deliver advanced geotechnical analysis and design of foundations for offshore wind farm structures, we are looking for an Offshore Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. We are a global team of experts working alongside our customers on some of most innovative and technically challenging projects in marine, coastal, and offshore wind engineering.

We are a global team of experts working alongside our customers on some of most innovative and technically challenging projects in marine, coastal, and offshore wind engineering.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Work on offshore wind farm geotechnical projects from site investigation and soil testing to analysis, design, installation, and lifetime extension, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise in foundation design, seismic assessment, installation and leg penetration analysis, and digital tool automation.
- Draft and review key documents such as GIR (Geotechnical Interpretive Reports) and GDR (Geotechnical Design Reports).
- Develop and review project designs, plans, and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Actively engage and support a team of offshore engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, certifiers and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with offshore windfarm projects.
- Prepare and present project reports and technical documentation.

Furthermore, you should:
- Possess a minimum of a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field (PhD or post-doctoral qualification preferred), along with at least five years of experience in offshore geotechnical projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international, team-oriented environment.
- Have the ability to work, collaborate and communicate effectively in an international and team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in engineering software such as PLAXIS 3D, Settle 3, LPile, and GRLWEAP, with strong programming skills in MATLAB, Python, and related tools.
- Have in-depth knowledge of offshore projects, design procedures and best practices.
- Have knowledge with soil laboratory testing.
- Possess knowledge and experience applying relevant design codes such as API/DNV/ISO/ASTM.
