Job Description
We are currently seeking an Offshore Installation Manager to manage sub scopes of the Foundation T&I installation, incl. technical and commercial assessment of different installation methodologies and equipment
Ensure quality and safety compliance of T&I contractor's documentation.
Coordinate Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) acceptance - including sourcing of MWS.
Continuous interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure schedule, cost, technical, quality and safety aspects of the T&I execution and project impact are managed.
Ensure all loadout, transport and installation tasks are performed to Ørsted acceptable standards - partially by own physical attendance.
Capture and communicate lessons learned.
Feed input to R&D, O&M and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Possess strong project management capabilities with a structured, service-minded, and flexible approach to the assigned scope
- are a great team player, self-starting, highly motivated, and show willingness to travel
- 3+ years of experience as offshore installation manager or similar role within Foundation T&I in offshore wind
- Should have experience working on European projects
- Experience working with EU tenders would be a plus but not required
- Has GWO and HUET certificates
- Hybrid working, travel to Denmark, Poland, Holland as required
