THE OPPORTUNITY - OFFSHORE INSTALLION MANAGER (ONSHORE BASED 1ST YEAR)
We are looking for an OIM to support our GMA Assets. For the first year, instead of being on rotation, you will be based in our Hoofddorp office, Monday to Friday, with sporadic trips to our offshore installations. You will be required to support management and control of Offshore Operations in the GMA Area, optimising company resources in order to satisfy both business target and legislative requirements.

Once in role, you will be accountable for:
- Build and maintain a collaborative working relationship between Offshore Operations and the wider Onshore support organisation, creating common understanding and purpose.
- Ensure process safety and production risks are understood and recorded accurately and associated actions to mitigate and/or resolve risks are in place and regularly reviewed.
- Contribute to the development of operating strategies including reservoir management, well operations, production processes, logistics strategies, decommissioning and maintenance philosophy, that ensure the optimum benefit from the Company assets
- Ensure effective implementation of Spirit Energy Standards and Procedures within the GMA Offshore Fields.
- Drive efficient Delivery through effective planning and integration of all operations in the 4W plan: production, maintenance, well services, support services, drilling, diving/ROV and construction work within the Fields
- Support the duty OIM in the field ensure compliance with the legal and management system obligations placed upon the OIM, to secure the health, safety and welfare of all offshore personnel, assisting and Leading the drive for an Incident Free Workplace and building a culture of Care through effective control mechanisms, ensure attainment of the objectives defined within the Spirit Energy Business Management System including ORA, Deferral, Budget planning etc.
- From time to time provide cover the J6A OIM and 'person to act in place of' as required by the Business. Regular offshore visits in support of Business Objectives and continuous improvement activities will be required.
- Act as Operations focal point for Capital and Decommissioning projects providing operational input to projects ensuring operational constraints and opportunities are built into GMA projects.
- Provide operational input and guidance to the shutdown and maintenance teams supporting with operations related actions and decisions. Provide support to the Operations resources seconded into the shutdown team.
- Promotes a positive HSE culture by driving HSES and process safety performance and regulatory compliance through adherence to company standards & procedures, including the Spirit Energy CMAPP and HSES Policy.
