Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Delivery Manager to lead and oversee large-scale Salesforce implementations and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with extensive expertise in Salesforce solutions, stakeholder management, and agile delivery methodologies. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive end-to-end project execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce programs aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Oversee Salesforce implementation and optimization projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to define requirements, set expectations, and drive project success.
- Team & Vendor Management: Lead onshore/offshore teams, engage with third-party vendors, and ensure seamless collaboration across functions.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices, security standards, and compliance measures for Salesforce solutions.
- Agile & DevOps Execution: Drive agile delivery frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure issue resolution in a timely manner.
- Customer Success & Adoption: Ensure user adoption, continuous improvement, and alignment of Salesforce solutions with evolving business needs.
- 15+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Salesforce program/delivery management.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and integrations.
- Experience managing multi-cloud, enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage large budgets, and drive transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, SAFe), DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
- Experience working with global delivery models and managing offshore teams.
- Prior experience in technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT.
- Knowledge of Conga, MuleSoft, Vlocity, or other Salesforce ecosystem tools.
- Experience in driving automation, AI/ML integrations, or data migration projects in Salesforce.
